What counts as a minute?
Minutes are counted from when the AI answers the call until the call ends. If a call lasts 2 minutes and 30 seconds, that counts as 3 minutes (rounded up to the nearest minute).
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at your plan's rate ($0.15/min for Starter, $0.12/min for Professional, $0.10/min for Business) and added to your next invoice. No surprises: you can track your usage in real time from your dashboard.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is free on all plans. Every plan includes human provisioning and QA before go-live.
What is your refund policy?
New customers can request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing support@omnigreet.net. Usage-based charges and third-party pass-through fees already incurred are not refundable.
How does the Professional plan's white-glove setup work?
After signup, our team scrapes your website to auto-fill your business details, configures the AI with your specific FAQs and services, runs test calls, and only goes live after quality assurance review. The whole process takes 24-48 hours.
